The facades are protected from glare and the action of the sun through the extensive use of wooden panels, which filter and humanize the surroundings. The house is spread over three floors, with the basement floor hidden in the ground. The extensive, well-defined house program and the generous areas made it possible to separate the private areas (floor 1) from the social part (floor 0). The living spaces and bedrooms take advantage of the unobstructed landscape to the south and reveal themselves to the outside. The element of water and light is very present. Jacuzzi, sauna and 25m indoor pool make up the spa and wellness area.
